Hello. I am Dr. Yogita Kanorwalla and Vanguard Dental is my practice. I have a deeply rooted interest in clinical research, but not because I like to shut myself up in a lab, undisturbed, or work long hours at a computer. Despite a busy work schedule and family life, I invest additional hours in research because I believe that it benefits my patients and others seeking dental care.

Dentistry has come a long way since the brutal barbershop extractions of the 1700s, but our techniques and materials are still constantly evolving. That requires research to develop the safest, most effective, and most comfortable patient treatments.

I really enjoy seeing patients of all ages – introducing the smallest ones to a lifetime of healthy smiles, and helping them overcome natural anxieties of the “tween” and teen years. I find it personally rewarding to develop caring relationships with adult patients, based on trust and confidentiality. Few experiences are more gratifying than seeing the face of a senior patient light up with the confidence of dentures he or she knows look natural and will restore ability to eat well.

I and my team at Vanguard Dental aren't satisfied with dentistry methods that are “good enough.” We're constantly investing in advanced equipment and training to deliver a more fulfilling patient experience.
